About Your Therapist
Kenna (Kenni) Cornelson, PT, DPT
Kenni Cornelson, PT, DPT completed the Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. She was honored to receive the Marilyn K Sanford award for clinical excellence. She received her Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Leadership at Westminster College in Fulton, MO. She attained her pelvic health speciality training through Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute and Evidence in Motion. Additionally, she completed Certification for Dry Needling the lower quarter.
Kenni became passionate about pelvic health after the birth of her first child- when she experienced her own pelvic floor issues. She realized these issues were interrupting the daily life activities she enjoys. She knew something needed to change, and she didn’t want to deal pelvic floor issues the rest of her life. She uses her own personal experience to help others, like you, take back control of your life. She uses a holistic approach to pelvic floor therapy and meets you where you are now to walk alongside you in your new journey.
One of her biggest blessings is being a mom of two girls and three boys, who keep her on her toes. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickle ball, ultimate frisbee, hiking, reading, and most outdoor activities.
